You artist will reach out via text to get your deposit [if applicable] after which your tattoo appointment will be approved.

POLiCiES
Shop Minimum: $100
All sales are final. We have a no-refund policy on tattoo and retail sales.
No returns or exchanges on retail items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at any time.
Vervain Tattoo & Apothecary does not offer its tattoo services to minors, even with guardian permission or presence. 18+ only, no exceptions.
You must present one form of valid, non-expired identification upon checking in for your tattoo. Acceptable documentation includes:

Government-issued driver’s license

Passport

Birth certificate
-
Military ID card with photo

Resident alien card with photo
No ID, no tattoo.
Cancellations will be charged a $3.50 fee for Standard and Minimal appointments and $25 for appointments 6 hours or longer to the debit card that may be on file for them.
DEPOSITS
Some artists require deposits to book, while other do not. Deposits range from $20 - $50 and vary from artist to artist. Your artist will reach out to you after you fill out the request form to collect their deposit.
The standard deposit policies for Vervain Den LLC are as follows:

Deposits are due at booking and are required to secure a date with an artist.

Deposits are taken off the whole price of the tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointment requests are received online through website. Requested artist will reach out to you to establish design/price within 48 hours of your appointment.

Appointments may be booked over the phone or in-person.
